Andrew Haythorpe - Managing Director and Interim Chairman 

James Becke - Non Executive Director

Mr Becke has 35 years experience in all facets of the Australian capital markets including debt, equity and synthetic markets. He was a founding director of Macquarie Bank Ltd, a founding director of Austraclear Ltd and a Director of Capital Markets, Dresdner International Financial Markets (Australia) Ltd.

Michael Fry - Non Executive Director

Mr Fry has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate treasury management specialising in the identification of commodity, currency and interest rate risk and the implementation of risk management strategies. Mr Michael Fry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and is a past member of the Australian Stock Exchange. Mr Fry is currently a Non-Executive Director of Red Fork Energy Ltd and Livingstone Petroleum Limited. He was a founding shareholder and trading floor dealer for Kirke Securities Pty Ltd. Over the past three years Mr Fry has held directorships with Kanowna Lights Limited, Preston Resources Limited and Precious Metals Australia Limited.

Robert Hodby - Company Secretary

Mr Hodby is an accountant with over ten years experience in various finance roles with a number of Western Australian based private entities and listed companies. Mr Hodby holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is a member of CPA Australia. Mr Hodby joined Liberty as Company Secretary in November 2008.
